2.1. The Service provides digital tools for menstrual cycle tracking, logging of symptoms and moods, algorithmically generated predictions and insights, educational content, data export functionality, optional notifications, and related features, as may be modified from time to time.
2.2. The Service is offered as a progressive web application and may be installed to supported devices. Features may vary by browser, operating system, and device. We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware or software configurations.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. No Medical or Professional Advice
3.1. ALL INFORMATION, PREDICTIONS, INSIGHTS, NOTIFICATIONS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, AND OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND PERSONAL ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation;

- upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code;

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, encrypt, display, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to you, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
5.3. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5.4. You may export your data and delete your account at any time through in-app functionality, subject to reasonable technical limitations and legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

6.1. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.1. Core features of the Service are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; any such changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, will require your affirmative consent before charges apply.
7.2. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your internet or mobile provider for data usage, messaging, or similar services.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PREDICTIONS OR INSIGHTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYPERIOD, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyPeriod and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.
11.2. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" function in Profile settings or by contacting .
11.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 5.2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14) shall survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.
12.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. General Provisions
14.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject matter.
